Honor Law, PLLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website, communicate with us, or use our services.

Persons contacting the Firm through this website should not send confidential or sensitive information. E-mail sent to us may not be secure. If you choose to send us an e-mail message, we may retain the content of the e-mail, your phone number, your e-mail address and our response.

Honor Law, PLLC sends SMS text messages regarding scheduling, appointment reminders, case updates, requests for information, billing notifications, and other communications related to your legal matter.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or legal representation.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

You provide consent by checking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, or by otherwise providing your mobile number and asking us to contact you. The Firm will not message you between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Central Time, unless we are responding to a direct inquiry from you to us.

Data Sharing

Notice Under the Texas Health and Safety Code § 181.154 — HB 300

Our law firm gathers, stores and electronically transmits medical records (Protected Health Information), and our clients' protected health information is subject to electronic disclosure.

Texas and Federal Law prohibits any electronic disclosure of a client's protected health information to any person without a separate authorization from the client for each disclosure. This authorization for disclosure may be made in written or electronic form or in oral form if it is documented in writing by our law firm.

The authorization for electronic disclosure of protected health information described above is not required if the disclosure is made: to another covered entity, as that term is defined by Section 181.001, or to a covered entity, as that term is defined by Section 602.001, Insurance Code, for the purpose of: treatment; payment; health care operations; performing an insurance or health maintenance organization function described by Section 602.053, Insurance Code; or as otherwise authorized or required by state or federal law.

Your Choices

You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text message, or by providing written notice identifying your name, phone number, and e-mail address instructing the Firm not to contact you by one or all of these methods. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have provided by contacting us using the details below.
